For fun I've done a minimal U-Boot port for the HiKey board, I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is interested. This work is based on top of Linus Walleij Juno port.

Currently the port supports: -

1) Serial

2) eMMC (although only basic read testing)

3) USB (ASIX usb networking works, no mass storage)

4) GPIO
