Nice work, as mentioned I think all deps are upstream and you should be able to just rebase on master and start to submit patches upstream.
It seems the most useful part of my stuff was the ATF docs and my funky makefiles :)

The u-boot maintainer said it's too late for v2015.04, but he'd really like to get hikey support in the next release.

OK good to know everything is already upstream. I will re-base the patches on master and re-test.

Yes your ATF doc and makefile were very useful :-) The other reason was I
didn't really know what the state of armv8 was upstream. So to maximise my chances of success I started with something that I new booted OK on Juno, and went from there.
