Hi guys,
I am playing with Hikey and I am able to get wifi up and running on 3.18 Linaro kernel base/hikey branch. But I am not able to get it work on 4.4 or mainline. The problem is that st_tty_open is not called that's why it looks like that problem could be with line discipline setup.
Do you have any kernel/branch with 4.4+ where BT is working?
Thanks, Michal

Thanks the prebuild image is working fine for me but still I haven't found how to build the kernel and install it.
I have used 2016.03 releases and followed these instructions but https://github.com/Linaro/documentation/blob/master/Reference-Platform/Consu...
But after upgrade I am ending up in initramfs. Log below.
In past simply copying Image and dtb to SD card worked but it looks like that this boot method is not supported anymore. Or is it still supported?
Thanks, Michal

I guess the easiest will be to start from the Debian source package: $ dget http://repo.linaro.org/ubuntu/linaro-staging/pool/main/l/linux/linux_4.4.11....

For Debian based images, you'll probably need the matching initramfs. If it was the same kernel version, it should work.
I believe there's also some changes in UEFI so make sure to use latest snapshots as well if you use latest images.
Thanks, Michal
